KingRoot is an excellent way to root your Android. With Nexus, though, it usually works perfectly. With Moto G, for instance, you can run into some trouble. It's important to know that KingRoot doesn't work with all devices. After a couple of seconds, the app completes the process and your device is rooted. Although the app is entirely in Chinese, you simply have to tap on the blue button and wait. The rooting procedure is as simple as it is with Towelroot. I'm not sure this alternative will work: if you have a custom recovery on your phone, you can use it to backup only your "Boot" and "System" partitions, then restore the backup. They said they had to block SuperSUMe from successfully removing the latest version of KingRoot because it used to remove both KingRoot and their Purify app (which they said has nothing to do with rooting process). Then, I searched on Google and found an explanation by the developers of KingRoot on XDA-Developers. I once experienced the same issue before joining this forum. How exactly did you do it because it doesnt need rebooting and it just helps you replace already installed kingroot/kinguser.
